1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items damaged, altered, or without original tags will not be eligible.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, accessories, and personalized products, are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us via email at support@stylesway.store or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping address.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or wrong items sent by us.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (depending on your preference and eligibility).
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or receive store credit.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
